Install

nomspectra requires Python version 3.8+ and can be installed by pip:

pip install nomspectra

nomspectra has the following dependencies:

• matplotlib

• numpy

• pandas

• sciy

• seaborn

• tqdm

• frozendict

• pyQt5

• matplotlib-venn

Missing dependencies will be automatically installed when you install nomspectra using pip
